I am committed to ongoing professional education and to integrating current research and knowledge from psychology, neuroscience and medicine in my practice. My integrative approach incorporates psychodynamics, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, and relational therapies. I have completed advanced training programs in family, couple and individual therapy.

When needed, I utilize team, resource and support-building with families, friends, teachers and counselors. I also tap into an extensive network of outstanding medical and psychiatric professionals and treatment programs in the Chicago area and throughout the U.S.

I continue to maintain a relationship with Northwestern University’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), allowing me to use my in-depth understanding of the university’s programs, resources and policies when working with students.

As Clinical Director with Connections Health, I support talented colleagues in providing counseling, groups, and custom services for your unique needs and goals. For more information about Connections Health, please visit Connections-Health.com.

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I am experienced in developing and implementing educational programs and clinical services. I provide lectures and seminars, as well as supervision and training for clinicians, educators and organizations.

I find that I am continually learning from my clients, developing as a clinician, and interested in furthering my personal exploration and growth.
